Linky treasures

Since my discover of pinterest, I’ve spent hours trawling through all sorts of online treasures. So much so I haven’t had time to do anything particularly interesting worth mentioning today. But the linky treasures I found are definitely mention-worthy. So I thought why not share some of these goodies with you… there’s something for everyone!

red velvet in a jar

First off, DIY cupcake in a jar – sooo pretty and yummy! even includes a gorgeous red velvet cupcake recipe.

Following up with another sweet treat, this time for the kids – cookie monster cookies! (also includes a recipe for a basic sugar cookie for the ‘monster base’)

Another one for the kids, a tablecloth cubby house – this particular one is for sale on etsy…

Tablecloth Play House

But it’s such a great idea and fairly DIY-able (even if all you have is a pair of scissors and markers)

This next idea (also for the kids) is definitely easily doable – 8 ways to play with junk mail… maybe some adults may find it fun too ^_^

Okay, now something for the girls… here’s 50 ways to wear a scarf – most of them are totally wearable too! Time to haul out that tangle of scarves collecting dust at the back of my wardrobe.

And finally… something for both guys and gals… clever ways to repurpose mason jars. I particularly like this idea – olive oil filled jar with a photo inside.

This is potentially a waste of a whole load of olive oil… but then again many people have those olive-oil-filled-bottle thingies with a bit of green stuff inside… I think a photo-based one is so much better!

Happy trawling!
