Weekend eats @ home

Saturday brunch... rice pudding with mixed berry jam and meringue pieces

Saturday dinner.... beetroot and carrots roasted with oregano and red wine vinegar / orange, served with cottage cheese (we had them with a couple of sirloin steaks)

Sunday dinner... cheese fondue

Opportunity to use our fondue set Christmas present from 1C for the first time
