Activating my “out of office assistant”

Abstract from my Microsoft Outlook “out of office assistant”:
Thank you for your email, I will be away on training from 10th to 11th March. For urgent matters, please contact my colleague Ms April Xie at +65 6430 6525.

FYI: I will be leaving for Senai this afternoon at 3.30pm and will only depart from Sofitel Resort back to Singapore at 12.00noon on Sunday. Most of my colleagues are disappointed that this year’s conference will not be held at some place exotic like Thailand or Vietnam. Still it is a chance to get away and spend time with other team members. This year’s training itinerary looks more interesting than last year. We’re even inviting a professior from National University of Singapore to conduct a training session on statistical modeling techniques. On the last day of the conference, we’re having team building activities and holding our very own “BC Idol” competition – each country is to nominate one contestant to compete in the Idol competition.

I will tell you more about it when I return.
